Booking direct with RooRooms
Is booking directly safe?+
Yes. Payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout with 3-D Secure. Your card details never touch our servers and your data is protected under EU GDPR.
Will I receive a confirmation?+
Instantly. As soon as your payment is approved you'll get a confirmation email with your booking reference, apartment details and our direct contact.
Can I cancel my booking?+
Most stays include free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Your exact policy is shown clearly before you pay and on your confirmation.
When do I receive self check-in instructions?+
24 hours before arrival you'll receive your unique door code, address and step-by-step access instructions by email and WhatsApp.
Can I contact RooRooms before arrival?+
Of course. Reply to your confirmation email or message us on WhatsApp at any time — a real person, usually within 5 minutes.
Are prices better when booking direct?+
Yes. Booking platforms charge us a 15–20% commission. Booking on RooRooms.at means you get that saving back, every time.

How do I book directly?+
Pick your dates on any apartment page, choose the home that fits, and complete the 3-step booking. You'll receive an instant confirmation by email.
Is the direct rate really cheaper?+
Yes. Booking platforms charge us a commission of 15–20% which we pass back to you when you book on RooRooms.at.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Bank transfer is available for stays of 14 nights or longer.
Check-in
How does self check-in work?+
24 hours before arrival, you'll receive a unique 6-digit code by email and WhatsApp. The smart lock works any time, day or night.
Can I check in early?+
Standard check-in is from 15:00. Early check-in is often possible — just message us and we'll do our best.
Where can I leave my luggage?+
If you arrive before check-in, we offer secure luggage storage at our nearby office.
Stays & policies
What's the cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation until 7 days before arrival. After that, the first night is non-refundable. Long stays may have different terms.
Do you allow pets?+
Most apartments are pet-friendly on request. A small cleaning supplement applies.
Can I extend my stay?+
Yes — message us any time and we'll check availability. Long stays often qualify for a weekly or monthly discount.
